Mr. Morlan joined Nielsen-Baumert Engineering, Inc. in July of 1991. Mr. Morlan has been an accomplished structural technician for 30 years. In addition, Mr. Morlan has drafting experience in architectural, civil, landscaping, highway and sanitary projects. Also, Mr. Morlan has experience coordinating dimensions and details with project architects and creating concrete, tilt-up panel shop drawings.
